Yes. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please send us your Order ID and the reason for your cancellation. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order but we'll try our best to get that done smoothly! :)

It's possible, but we can't do anything once your order has been generated a shipping label. Send your Order ID and the changes you want to make for your shipping details (recepient name, contact number, delivery address, etc.) to contact@inmocosmetics.com as soon as possible.
