Yes. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please send us your Order ID and the reason for your cancellation. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order but we'll try our best to get that done smoothly! :)
It's possible, but we can't do anything once your order has been generated a shipping label. Send your Order ID and the changes you want to make for your shipping details (recepient name, contact number, delivery address, etc.) to email@example.com as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your interest and support, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time. We are trying hard make international shipping available. If you do have friends in the USA, you can always ask them to buy one for you ;)
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process and ship your orders. Orders placed after midday will be processed the following business day. All orders placed over the weekend or public holidays in the USA will be processed on the following business day.
After you receive your an order confirmation, it would take around 4-10 business days for your order to arrive.

If you changed your mind about the product or if you ordered the wrong item, we offer refunds on purchase price less any shipping costs (including return).
